How to Cancel Your Booking

Find this in your dashboard or account menu

Click on the booking you wish to cancel

Review the refund amount and confirm cancellation

You'll get an email confirming your cancellation and refund details
Category-Specific Policies
Tours & Activities
- • Most tours offer free cancellation 24-48 hours before the activity
- • Private and customized tours may have stricter policies
- • Multi-day tours typically require 7+ days notice for full refund
- • No-shows are not eligible for refunds
Hotels & Accommodations
- • Free cancellation typically up to 24-48 hours before check-in
- • Non-refundable rates offer lower prices but no refunds
- • Peak season bookings may have different policies
- • Early departure does not qualify for partial refunds
Car Rentals
- • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup for most rentals
- • Prepaid rates may have stricter cancellation terms

Refund Information
Processing Time
Refunds are initiated within 24-48 hours of cancellation approval. Funds typically appear in your account within:
- • Credit/Debit cards: 5-10 business days
- • Mobile money: 1-3 business days
- • Bank transfer: 7-14 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the booking. We cannot refund to a different account or card.
Note: Currency conversion rates at the time of refund may differ from the original booking.

If an activity is cancelled due to weather or natural events, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

If a supplier cancels your booking for any reason, you'll automatically receive a 100% refund. We'll also help you find alternative options.

For medical emergencies preventing travel, contact us with documentation. We'll work with suppliers to find a fair solution, though this is handled case-by-case.
